Two years after its launch, the 300-hectare Riverpark North has become part of the rapidly growing communities in Cavite. It’s part of the larger 600-hectare Riverpark twin township in General Trias, a project developed by Federal Land NRE Global Inc. (FNG)—a joint venture between the Philippines’ Federal Land Inc. (FLI) and Japan’s Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (NRE). This partnership aims to deliver world-class developments that set new standards in urban living.

Several exciting projects are on the horizon, including SM City General Trias, the Uniqlo Logistics Facility, and commercial lots designed to attract businesses, create jobs, and drive residential demand. FNG’s first residential village, Yume at Riverpark, will offer a unique blend of Filipino and Japanese-inspired amenities. Additionally, Riverpark North will feature a university town to serve its residents and surrounding communities, as well as an adventure park to enrich the local lifestyle.

Future developments in the township include SMDC residences, office spaces, a church, institutional facilities, and industrial zones. A key highlight is the 70-hectare Central Park, which will serve as a green corridor linking the northern and southern sections of the township. It will provide residents and visitors with serene spaces for recreation and social interaction. Planned features include trekking and jogging paths, lush Japanese gardens, and a bamboo forest reminiscent of Kyoto’s iconic Arashiyama Bamboo Grove.
