Cavite’s skyline is taking shape, with the region experiencing notable growth. While mid-rise buildings mostly dominate the area, they continue to contribute to the expanding skyline.

Dasmariñas and Tagaytay have a high concentration of high-rises, with further expansion expected in the Daang Hari Imus and Salawag-Molino areas, especially with developments in Vermosa and Villar City.

The skyline of the western part of Cavite is also evolving, with vertical developments in Maple Grove and Tejero, alongside upcoming mid- to high-rise buildings in Riverpark, Imus Boulevard, and Lancaster New City. Vertical developments are also sprouting along Aguinaldo Highway and Governor’s Drive.

POGO Island in Kawit has the densest vertical developments. It is set to complement the coastal skyline along with Evo City. Additionally, vertical developments in Bacoor will also contribute to the region’s growing skyline.

Over the next 5 to 10 years, townships will continue their transition into vertical developments, with expectations for office buildings, corporate spaces, and hotels.
